ISO-SEC UK Office seeking currently a partner (Please read carefully below)

ISO-SEC UK is a part of the ISO-SEC Group.

ISO-SEC HQ (Switzerland) currently seeking partners within England, Scotland, or Ireland.

ISO-SEC UK currently promotes courses created in other countries (something which is anyway an obligation of each ISO-SEC Office, but so far we don’t operate in the UK.

Partners shouldn’t be from Security Education (we don’t seek collaboration with competitors).

Our Group offers 49% of the ISO-SEC company within the UK to the approved partner and shareholder.

The approved Applicant (and now Partner and CEO of the under foundation ISO-SEC UK) should:

a. Pay in total the local company’s registration and accreditation (license probably from the Ministry of Education, SIA, CPD, etc.) fees. These fees should be refunded in total, by the company’s profits. This means that the shareholders will not get any profit until all the above fees are returned to the partner.

b. Offer his/her home address as the company’s address. If not, then the partner should pay solely the rent for a small office as the legal address of the UK company (non-refundable expenses). Note: the foundation of an “address only” company, is prohibited (only a local company is allowed). The local Company will start paying the rent since there is a reason to have and use an office and the company can afford it. The new local company should keep its expenses low until it operates in full. Also, it is prohibited the foundation of an offshore or the participation of a company from abroad. It should be a local UK company, should pay taxes in the UK, take licenses, etc.

c. The Partner should self-train (by joining our ISO-SEC’s Hubs), in how we operate, to learn all benefits we offer to our students, and more. This training will take approx. 2-3 months of daily operation in these hubs, for about 1-2 hours a day.

d. The partner should be a specialist on at least one of the ISO-SEC faculties, having Academic credentials (BSc. & MSc. or PH.D., etc.), and / OR a remarkable traceable experience (should be a matter expert) in one or more of the following sectors:

1. Law Enforcement, 2. Private Security Industry, 3. Military, 4. Intelligence, 5. Justice, 6. Forensics, 7. Risk, Threat, or Emergency Management, 8. Safety, 9. Investigations, 10. Graphology, 11. Crime Analysis, 12. Nuclear Security, 13. Cybercrime, 14. Fraud, 15. Corrections, and more.

The applicant should send us his/her detailed resume, a profile picture, a copy of his/her Passport or ID, diplomas, certificates, references, and whatever can help us to evaluate his/her application.

The role of the partner will be CEO and 49% shareholder.

In a few words: We don’t ask you to pay an entry fee. We don’t want you to pay branding fees (anyway the brand remains always as a Swiss ISO-SEC property). We don’t want any investment from you. We want to be sure that you are a serious person and you are seriously interested. Now, the fees you will pay initially for the foundation of the company, etc., soonest the company starts working will return to your bank account.
